1. To offer legal advices and views related to International Trade business;

2. To offer legal advices related to local International trade laws, regulations and policies;

3. Due diligence or basic registration file investigation of partners and/or suppliers;

4. To act as a standing lawyer for enterprises related to International Trade, and do following jobs upon the enterprise's requirement(s) and authorization(s)

4.1. To answer legal inquiries by verbal or written;

4.2. To draft, look through and amend contracts and/or other legal documents;

4.3. To negotiate over matters and/or disputes related to debts and/or creditor's rights;

4.4. To draft Lawyer's Letter to third partyies;

4.5. To draft and publicize legal affiche(s) in public medias;

4.6. To offer latest news over certain law amendment and latest governments regulations aperiodically;

4.7. To offer staff in the enterprise with basic Chinese law knowledge training;

4.8. To offer law advices for the enterprise's business plans and/or certain business operations;

4.9. To draft or look through the enterprise's inner management documents, including employment contract, training agreement and/or non-disclosure agreement, etc;

4.10. To assist the enterprise with negotiation and/or communication with government bureau(s), and/or business partner(s).

5. To act for and on behalf of clients in the litigation, arbitration in China concerning

5.1. negotiation, performance, breach and dispute of International Sales / Purchase Contract;

5.2. payment(s) of International Trade, such L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T etc;

5.3. product transportation, including carriage of goods by sea, by air, by train and by international multi-transportation;

5.4. products responsibility and insurance;

5.5. other transnational arbitration and litigation.
